Thanks for the quick reply pdurrant.

What to do if one does not have *any* access to Wi-Fi, either at home, friends or free Wi-Fi zones like McDonalds? I have wired broadband only.

All I want is to unlock the settings page. I do not intend to buy books from Amazon.
