Update: By using the .prc file and calibre to epub. When I view it in my nook color the blue underline goes way.

Re 'unison', I'm guessing that English is not your mother tongue -
Calibre 'together with' Mobipocket would have been better - unison is most often used in the sense of doing something at the same time - such as singing in unison, marching in unison.
