This doesn't appear to be par with the majority of responses. Is is possible your unit is somehow defective?

I, too, would return one if I had a unit as you describe. (I don't yet own one.)

Some individuals here posted some photos, in various Aura threads, and I'm wondering if yours is different than those photos?
