Perhaps you should try placing an order with Amazon from Canada for delivery to Canada before boasting about Amazon's customer service. As I mentioned in a previous message, a package of origami paper took 3 weeks to arrive. Yes, I know it went from Amazon to the US post office to Canada Customs and then to Canada Post but so much easier to blame it all on the shipper.

As a Canadian, you also get a lot of "we don't ship to your area" responses when trying to order an item from Amazon.com.
