What problem do you experience when adding long (how long) comments?

What do you have your output profile set to? I would suggest tablet.

If there was/is a problem with some Sony devices and long comments (I have this knowledge trapped at the back of my mind, but I just can't shake it loose) I would have thought the comments in the metadata would have been truncated when sending to the device or possibly when converting if you have Sony set as your output profile. But I do not believe the solution was to truncate comments across the board for a Sony specific difficulty.
