Hi guys!

I subscribed to The New Yorker All Access for Kindle. I have the Paperwhite and I receive the issues fine. But for the life of me I can't access the New Yorker archives. I followed the Amazon-New Yorker activation. I keep getting "Internal processing error" Any ideas on how to fix this and make this work? Thanks!
