As a tenured stay-at-home Dad, I have always done most of the cooking. Specialties include various stir-frys, a very nice chicken broccoli dijon, teriyaki salmon, soups, stews, etc. But my wife is out for the weekend picking up our daughter at college, and our son still has a couple of weeks, so it's just me. I'm having a couple of hot dogs with a cheap, yellow mustard-like condiment, on rye bread.
