As alluded to in the above links, some publishers still seem to offer few titles at prices the libraries can afford. Searching at the Brooklyn Public Library, I am finding just two Simon and Schuster titles via Overdrive, and seventeen via 3M. Here are the seventeen:

Thanks for posting this. I knew about Hachette and I did notice the S&S titles via 3M.

Macmillan is included in this big six, right? I don't see any sign of their ebooks at Overdrive or 3M.
