Application launcher works fine, when you start it using the picture. Which is actually pretty nice in combination with the new frontpage, as it is easy to keep the launcher icon on the screen.

thanks - nice to see that the launcher works, sergey has an improved notepad, but I'm sure you've seen that already. Hope the Tweaks works, too!
