Device: Kobo: Original, WiFi, Touch, Aura, Aura H20, MiniGloHD ;) iOS app
Prior to v5.10 of the app, we would download the five most recently read (based on the last bookmark timestamp) books automatically if you were on wifi. If you were on a cellular data network we did not automatically download any books. If you tapped on a book it would ask for confirmation of download.

In 5.10, and later, we revised the code to match Android, which is to never automatically download any books, regardless of the internet connection, thus you need to tap on a book to download it. We do NOT display a confirmation dialog on Wifi, but we do still show it for cellular data connections.

As for the two books in question, they appear in "I'm Reading" on the website, and in "All content" on my iOS devices. They happily download and can be opened.

I'm just getting someone to have a look at these books on current live Android app to see what results they get.

** UPDATE **
Results back from the Android test. Both books appear in the library on website, and also appear in Library in the Android app and download and open without issue.
