Though we do not have the answer you are looking for, it is safe to assume the book is not specifically formatted for this device. It may be possible to search online the methods to re format the book to fit the Glo.
And my nasty curiosity discovered that on Kobo site Kobo Glo does not have anymore the list of supported file formats, despite they had it some days ago, as Google cache prove.

I hope I'm wrong.

EDIT: and I was wrong, see posts from #28 to #31.
