Broken Ligatures and garbled text?
Question: When Calibre is unable to convert ligatures, would this issue go hand in hand with broken text? The two books that I tested that did not convert ligatures properly gave me this when I created an epub outside of Calibre's source code:

My first tip that something was wrong was when a 102p document had nearly double the amount of pages.
