I attribute my reaction to my being sick for over a week. It felt "heavy". Like I said, I couldn't engage... I felt like I was just wondering aimlessly along after Shadow with no real grasp as to what was going on. There was no story for me to wrap my head around. It felt random; or like I was missing the point.
