Multiple entries to Kobo competitions
I asked about this on the Kobo discount coupons board and now I have more questions so this board is probably more appropriate.

Obviously, people are using multiple email addresses to enter the Kobo Trivia competition.

So now I'm wondering how the T&C are enforced? My bold to highlight the relevant part:

Limit is ten (10) Entries per Entrant during the Contest Period. Limit is one Grand Prize Entry per Contest Period per Entrant during the Contest Period, regardless of email address provided. Entries that exceed these limits will invalidate all Entries or Grand Prize Entries previously made by that Entrant.
How will Kobo PTB know when an entrant has used multiple email addresses?
