I have recently got a new computer with Windows 8 and it looks like something went wrong when I copied the books from my library on my old laptop to my new laptop.

I placed the 'metadata' and 'metadata_db_prefs_backup.json' into my 'library folder' because I thought all information needed was in those?

What have I done wrong?

I seem to have got my 'reading list' plugin as it was on my old laptop, but with all ebooks having no format, it's of no use.

If someone can help, can you tell me step by step what to do, as I'm not brilliant with computers!
