You said that you had it for a year. It would have been covered by the warranty.

But I like Samsung, I wanted the pull out keyboard, and I was already familiar with the Samsung UI from my other phone. Also, my husband had his Epic 4G for about six months and really liked it.

Sorry, but for me top-of-the-line isn't the same as best choice. I buy devices based on specs and reviews and my own needs.
