Smile E-Reader Newbie & new Kobo Mini fan

Hello everyone,

I'm a new user on the forum and complete E-Reader newbie. Up until about a week and a half ago, I had never even used one. The demo model of the Kobo Mini had me intrigued, and the price was right ($59.95 with free snapback) so I bought one on a whim and have so far been quite pleased with my purchase. Ironically, most of the bugs/annoyances that made me consider taking it back were fixed with last weekend's updates (page turn lag, missing numbers on Sudoku). Very timely on Kobo's part It is now doing an even better job now than it was last week of what I bought it for: reading books!

Glad to have stumbled across this forum, as I've found there is plenty to learn and read up on just with the reader alone - a whole new piece of "tech" in my home that I know nothing about!
