But, I do not understand the "very good security" statement. Because when you start the content server from calibre, every time you change from one library to another when working in calibre itself, everybody which might be connected ALSO switches to that other library, which might not what you want at all.

Good security means: the client can't just pick and choose. You
might have a library that the outside world should not have access to. By explicitly setting what library, you can count that it is safe from the wrong eyes.
