Home sweet home....
I unpacked the oilpainting (100x50 cm) of the Registan Square I bought in Samarkand (Uzbekistan). It was a bit of a risk; took it off the frame and rolled it -picture facing outwards-with a piece of cloth- around two plastic water bottles, and then plastic.
It has survived the subsequent car-train-bus journeys. Now I'll figure out how to try to mount and stretch the canvas on a new frame.
