I just ordered one at the Kobo USA site, it showed the tax for Texas (I guess), but
none of the transaction "fees". I would expect to see that later on my Credit Union
statement.

PS; Not really a fan of e-Ink displays, or a touchscreen as an ebook user interface
but hoping that the great screen resolution makes up for that.
