Found it, it's called Hanvon Wisereader PC Kit:

It works for all Wisereaders, not just the one advertised (WISEreader N526).

Beware, if you have too many notes in one folder, the software will crash! In this case, just split them over several folders, and you'll be fine.

This software can also export the notes in TIFF or PDF, which is great!

I must say that I am totally satisfied of my Hanvon Wisereader N518 since 2 years and a half of usage, doing handwritten notes on it for a whole week before the battery runs out. And now that I can export them in PDF, it's just perfect!
