W7, CS6: Trying to convert small test epub file created in InDesign to mobi via Kindle Previewer, I get "failed to compile" with these details:

Interestingly, when I convert the file to html5 via a plugin (in5), it compiles (with errors but that's not the problem). Any suggestions as to why it won't compile the epub created by InDesign?
