For those interested, the stats have been upgraded. Three libraries saw substantial gains, landing two of them onto this list: Pierce County WA (+21.5%) and Virginia Beach VA (+15.1%). The biggest gain was King County WA (+27.4%), which jumped five spots into the Top 10.

Let me know if other libraries should be on this list.
