Firstly, I want to say when I use Sunrise the Plucker could render GB2312、GB18030 correctly.

I try the latest alpha again and again(2.0alpha3c)....result in follwing

(original chartset gb2312,content in Chinese)
it shows correctly encoding in large part
(there is still minior bad encoding)

Rss feed(original charset gb2312)
use gb2312 the index page(first page) is good encoding,when click the content hyperlink it bad encoding again.
use gb18030 the result is same

use gb18030 it shows very well in plucker

I tried many Chinese page ands rss feeds. Most of them can't encode well in Plucker.
When use sunrise most of them can encode properly.
