Boox M92 problem
Good Morning All,
I recently purchased a boox m92, when I received it it did not work, I charged the m92 for a whole day, the orange light turned off and the m92 still did not turn on. I emailed the business that I got it from on how to rectify the problem to no avail. I sent the m92 back to the business of purchase and for what ever reason they refused to accept the parcel and now I am stuck with a device that wont work.
Id like to fix this problem, any ideas on what it can be? at the moment its "charging" for the third time, and as usual ill presume that the orange will turn off, ill hit on button and still nothing, i have tried resetting it but nothing happens.
