Raining quite heavily here now, and has been for some time. My friend was stuck at work until after 6pm. On Saturday. And will have to go in again tomorrow morning. I am quite unhappy with the people who caused this, even though I've never met them. Perhaps karmic retribution will provide them an invasion of fleas, or something.

I finished my essay on critical thinking. I hate the first assignment in the semester in classes like this. When it's math, I generally know whether I've gotten it right or wrong. I like writing, but when I have to write for someone else to grade, I really stress out about trying to figure out what the professor "really wants." I think it's insecurity, really. I'm not so much worried about a bad grade as worrying that I'll look like an idiot or (worse in some ways) get off on the wrong foot, politically. Bleah.
