Late as usual.

For me the top ebook places for me are:
  • Free
  • MobileRead
  • Baen Free Library
  • Retail
  • Fictionwise
  • Baen
  • Sony
  • Steve Jordan Books
  • My local library distributes ebooks only in PDF format that is hard to read even on my home PC.

I have found the quality and timing of Fictionwise's Customer Service to be excellent. On the few occasions I have had to use it they responded the next business day. The longest wall clock time for a response from Fictionwise was Friday evening to Monday morning. Sony Customer Service has also been good, two to three business days on emails and I have seldom been on hold waiting for a telephone representative for more than ten minutes. I have never needed Customer Service for my purchases from Steve Jordan Books or Baen.
