They don't offer a delete option, but you can 'archive' things.

How do I delete books from My Comics on the web?

We don't offer the ability to delete comics from your My Comics section on the web, but we do have an Archiving feature. When viewing a comic series, simply click "Archive Complete Series" in the upper-left or the "Archive" button under individual issues.

You can always access and remove items from your Archive section on the My Comics page by clicking on the Go To Archive Page.
