How do you even set it up for joint MOBI/KF8? I don't see a KF8 format in the conversion settings anywhere. I'm assuming this also means you can convert to MOBI/{something else}

I did try converting to PDF and back to MOBI after resetting my MOBI to Defaults, if that's what you're talking about. I still get that error.

I just tried it again, and I was wrong - I hadn't reset the MOBI output to defaults, only the common ones. After resetting that it worked. Moving forward again, all the options worked fine until I changed the "MOBI File Type" to "New" or "Both" - is that what you meant by KF8?

Anyway, with that set to "Old" it seems to be converting properly again!
