Hmm.. Looks like there may be an issue where non - absolute things don't run as expected also. Sent you the first test results to show this in action.
Looking for more examples.
EDIT: Okay. It seems like that one "gtk mines" thing is the only one that exhibits that behaviour so far... I'll just repack the damn thing
- and it is unique (AFAIK) in the way it called from A) Not inside a folder B) as a non full path, haven't found anything else like that yet...
