6,000+ Total Books in MR Download Section
The total downloads available in the free MobileRead download section has now topped 6,000. (6,003 to be exact at the time this is written.) This is the total number of books available although the number of unique titles is somewhat less as many of the books are available in three (3) or more formats.

The breakdown by format:

2,612 Sony LRF Format
1,878 Mobipocket PRC Format
1,429 eBookwise IMP Format
84 Other Format (PDF, LIT, RB, Psion, eReader, etc)
