Eejits who play music from their mobile phones at top volume on the bus (especially, but probably other public places [enclosed?] too).
It's not as if it's ever even decent music.
I would seriously pay money for a device that could disable them (the phones. Or the eejits. Whatever).
If anyone invents one, let me know.
