^ what twobob said. If somebody here knew exactly what this is, they would have answered. The first replies that you received were simply jokes (because both Kubrick and BBB could help in such a situation) - but maybe you don't have the same sense of humor.
Anyway: I assume that this is something related to Amazon being able to lock a device if it has been reported as stolen. Or something like that. Just speculating, but that's what it looks like to me.
