Thanks--that is useful to know. But I have already side-loaded by Kobo purchases, and deleted them in my library on the web site so they do not sync to the device. Now, if I want to use this new feature, what do I need to do? If I undelete the epubs in my library on the web site to get them to appear in the Kobo desktop app, and then connect the device, won't this sync the kepubs onto the device first (which will wipe out the side loaded epubs I want to keep)? In other words, is it possible to mark a book as not to be synced without syncing it first?
