It sounds as if you have two routers - with the other chained off the second? It is not clear to me why you need two but I guess you have your reasons! I am also confused by the fact that your routers seem to be on subnet 192.168.0.xxx while your PC is on subnet 192.168.1.xxx. What is issuing the 192.168.1.4 address to your Calibre PC?

If the routers are chained then you will need port forwarding to be active on both of them. The first will be to forward the port to the second router (which is what you appear to have set up already). The second router then needs to be set to port forward to the PC running Calibre (which you do not mention as being set up).
