It's my case too...On BoB the books I want to buy as a rule have higher price than on Kobo.
And Kobo is also rather interesting - Kobo UK has books similar prices to Kobo store I am using with Indian address, but for agency books like Random House I don't get an option to use the discount code, while on the same book by the same publishing company I get to use the discount codes on Kobo India
