Actually it is connected to the same world. It's best to start with Rock Chick series believe me it will makes everything click more. You need to understand who Lee Nightingale is and the hot bunch. They are in so many other series of hers. I mean you could skip it but then once you did read it you would feel like you need to go reread the other books again because you wouldn't get the full impact.

The Rock chick series I believe started with the Stephanie Plum craze. It's very similar at first but then KA builds her own world. I mean Lee Nightingale is no Ranger but they are very similar is nature but Lee's a sweetie and he takes care of the Fortnum gang. The series revolves around him and his gal Indy and their friends. It's a series you must read in order though.

KA's books are so connected I wish there was a seriously Read in this order list but that's all I could find. People will say you don't have to read them in order but you will miss things and not even know it till it's too late.
