Admittedly, there are a lot more of them than there are of us.
I tend to bring my Reader everywhere, and while it generates curiosity my friends aren't exactly sold on it. Hell, this all started because I bought a reader for my wife, but she hardly uses it, preferring to go to the library to get books. And she's probably one of the more voracious readers I know.
I'm not at all shocked that some publishers aren't doing more than just sticking a toe in the water, because a large percentage of their customers are still reading p-books. For a lot of people, e-books have a long way to go, with reading options either being too expensive or unacceptable.
