1. Does the tts directory exist on the usb drive?
2. Does it work after re-flashing 5.1.2 (and re-installing TTS files)?
3. Does a factory reset help?

I have (of course) tested this before releasing it, and it worked for me. In some circumstances, it seems like a factory reset is required to re-enable the functionality. Or maybe a simple reboot helps.
