Just a few formats: CBR, DOC, IMP, LIT, MOBI, PDB, PRC, RTF AND TXT. And offcource epub and pdf.

For comics i would suggest ComicBook. Mobi can be read by the kindle app. There is probably a reader for every extention, but shubook just reads almost all of them. Its just easier, not better.

Hope Marvin sticks to ePubs, for that it is the best. If you try to support all formats, the chances are the app will become good at none.
