I let it update and got an Encryption Failed message. Automatic reset. Lost everything. Music and video I can copy over again but hours and hours of game saves are all lost. Do these guys test this stuff? Seriously, this is NOT good enough. I like this company, I really do, I like the product. But I feel badly let down by this time.
