About old regencies: Some of the first regencies I ever read after Georgette Heyer were by Jane Aiken Hodge. They are now issued in ebook format! Two favorites are available at bargain prices from Amazon: Wide Is the Water US DE
and Rebel Heiress US DE Kobo (couponable).

I loved her books too! Hope they publish more. Still have a few in paper. And though it isn't regency, in the customers who bought etc banner underneath I was excited to see Helen MacInnes books! I loved those also. They were what I would call romantic suspense. On second thought guess they weren't exactly romances, more suspense with a romance developing.
