I've written a recipe for Eclipse Online, a free short fiction "magazine" edited by Jonathan Strahan and hosted by Night Shade Books. Like Strange Horizons, it is published only as a web site. Eclipse Online content is not really organized into discrete issues, but two or three items are typically posted each month (two stories and sometimes an editorial).
