Thanks

We have a new appointment monday, I'm curious what they'll say. We should also know whether the front yard will be accepted or not.

It's the kitchen island.
My BF made another perspective yesterday. He changed the architect's design a little: utility area underneath the staircase, toilet right at the entrance. A big advantage of this one is that kitchen, bathroom and toilets are all in one area of the house, which should make it easier to get the water pipes in and out the house.
I like this one as well. There's room for two couches. We still have our library/reading/playing area at the front. We would also make a bigger utility room on the first floor. We would also have one big window at the back, so we'll have a really nice view on the kids playing outside in our big garden
Working at home today, so no coffee! Instead I'm enjoying a cup of minty green tea
