A person might input the books they remember liking or intensely disliking. Might be adding "books I read a long time ago and want to give a 1-star rating to," especially if they're otherwise popular.
I doubt she goes out of her way to read books she hates, and I doubt they make up 1/3 of what she's actually read. But they might make up 1/3 of what she cares to talk about.
