Preferences: Behavior: Use Internal Viewer

sets when to use the Internal Viewer.

I believe I have this correct:
All Formats are converted to EPUB (if not EPUB) when the internal viewer is used.
No tick = use the default SYSTEM viewer for that file type. ie. Adobe Reader for PDF

Since other formats get converted to EPUB when using the Internal viewer, it makes no sense to lock in an alternate Default.

With Send to Device/Save to disk, the Order of the list is the USE preference.
