I added the book before the latest Tools. So I removed the book and added it again after updating the tools, this resulted in an HTMLZ file instead of the AZW file. I'm right now converting it to a MOBI. It was 3 MB smaller as an HTMLZ so there must be going on a lot in the background I'm not aware of.
Appreciate the assistance. Nice to be able to put it in my Kindle and have it available as a reference tool. This is why I love MR.
