I respectfully disagree. When you buy an eBook, you buy a license to read the material on appropritely licensed device(s) - it is possible to ahve more than one licensed device.
When you buy a paper book, you buy a license to read the book only on the medium provided. It isn't legal to start making copies to do with as you please.
