Yes I tried resetting it, there is absolutely no response from the screen.
Tried charging, light eventually eventually turns to green. Another reset didn't have an impact.
So this could be either a screen or a battery issue, how do I proceed from here? The thing is I really like this model and don't want to get the non-keyboard or the touch version.
How long did you charge it for? I had this same thing happen to me a few weeks ago. No response from the screen, wouldn't turn on, wouldn't reboot. I had to leave on the charger for a full day, because even after the green light came on it still wouldn't turn on. I left it for over 8 hours and it finally turned on and rebooted.
