I see your point meeera and you're right.

Having to contact customer service for basic things that could have been easily explained, doesn't give a good image to the brand (unreliable devices, time consuming process...). <- This doesn't reflect my views on Kobo (no complain whatsoever so far), just the perception one can have with whatever brand or product going all electronic.
